Martin Elias IS the manager of Goclimbingtrips.com , after 30 years doing committed alpinism around the World and 15 years guiding in Chamonix, now he decides to move to Catalunya where he can enjoy a live closer to the nature and keeping his dream alive, guiding in the mountains.
Recognize as one of the best climbers of his generation leaving in his career significant first ascent always in remote mountain ranges.
He has been nominated several times for the Piolet d’or award which is the most important award for an alpinist.
He got the award of Premios Fedme in Spain several times , but his low profile makes him to stay away from the famous alpinist World.

First ascent of Harvest Moon in Dansam Peak (6.600m) in Pakistan.
First ascent of Tibetan Dreams, Virgin Peak in the North of Tibbet.
First ascent of La Milagrosa in the San Lorenzo massif in Patagonia.
First ascent of North Spur of San Valentín, highest mountain in Patagonia.
First ascent of Memento Mori, extremely technical and difficult route in the Pyrenees.
First ascent of Fuguitivos del Paraiso, technical climbing route in Taghia Morrocco.
After all these extreme first ascents we understand he wants to retire in a peacefull place like the Pyrenees and enjoy the rock and sun with his life partner Nila.
